Summer is the perfect time for garden parties. Whether it's a big party or a small get-together, inviting guests to your garden is relaxed and stylish. Of course, you need to have something for the stomach and palate. Many hosts choose delicacies from the grill so you can be outside with your guests while you prepare the food. But finger food and salad variations prepared in advance always go down well too.
Garden parties: cocktails for every party
But the icing on the cake is of course the drinks, because refreshments are always welcome, especially in summer. Beer, sparkling wine, fine wines and non-alcoholic drinks are of course classics and everyone knows them. But what about surprising your guests with cocktails? We've put together a few recipes that you can make at home in no time and without any bartender training.
For the wine lovers: sparkling rosé

- Organic limes
- Strawberries
- 1 sprig of rosemary

Smart tips for big parties: good planning and portioned drinks
As a host, you know the dilemma: you need to prepare drinks or food, but you also want to spend a lot of time with your guests. But don't worry, we have a few tips for you.
The first tip is as simple as it is effective: prepare as much as possible in advance. When it comes to cocktails, this means chopping or pureeing fruit in advance, squeezing citrus fruits and having glasses and ingredients ready. It's also a good idea to provide a small, fine selection of drinks. This makes it easier for your guests to choose, you don't have to buy as much, and you can prepare and cook more specifically.
Or you can offer batched drinks. These are drinks that are mixed in large quantities in advance and dispensed, for example, from a stylish glass dispenser during the party. You mix the ingredients; a blender can be used for shaker creations. You can add fruit and sprigs of herbs on the side for garnish.
